Welcome to the website of West Penn Fitness Equipment, Inc. Since 1995, WPFE has provided Western PA, West Virginia and Ohio with top quality fitness equipment sales and service. Specializing in the commercial marketplace, we work with many of the top apartment/condominium communities, corporate fitness centers, YMCA’s, health clubs, and hospital/rehabilitation facilities in the Tri-State area. We are an active, 15-year member of the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, and give considerable attention to this market. Our personal service and quick response time has allowed us to establish a reputation as being reliable and dependable, which is reflective in the number of long-time customers we still provide for. Customer service is too often referred to as a “department” within a company rather than an action. It has been the foundation of what we stand for at West Penn Fitness Equipment, and will drive the company in the future.

Reflective in how we have come to be so reliable and dependable, is the long-time relationships we also have with our current suppliers. We have worked closely with Landice, Inc., True Fitness Equipment, Nautilus Fitness Equipment (which includes the

Stairmaster, Quinton and Schwinn brands), and Tuff Stuff Fitness Equipment since our first day of business. The quality of their respective equipment, coupled with our familiarity with their “customer service” departments, helps us provide, what we feel, is the best lineup of sales and service in the area. Although we specialize in commercial sales and service, we also work with residential customers as well, as all of our suppliers offer commercial and residential products. We also service most residential products, and even offer evening and weekend appointments where available.

Service has grown into a primary focus of our company. As the equipment market has grown in the past 15 years, the need for service has also grown. We service most major brands of fitness equipment, and have parts accounts set up with many of them. For commercial accounts, we generally are 24-48 hours with our response time, which is tough to match for the Big-Box guys! We establish relationships with on-site personnel, including managers and maintenance techs, and allow them one quick call to take care of any problems that may arise. We are here to serve you, the customer.
